Many people are interested in tapping for money. They want to learn how to use EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, to increase their wealth. In this article I’ll share with you three methods that you can use to tap for money. If you want to use EFT to increase your ability to earn, your openness to receive and attract money, or your ability to keep and save money, there are three things you must do. The first is to clear any underlying issues that lower your vibration and keep you repeating old limiting patterns. The second is to increase your sense of confidence, worthiness and expectation of wealth. And the third is to get yourself in a higher vibration, a more abundant emotional state more often. In this article, I’ll introduce you to all three methods.
Clearing Underlying Issues
As the saying goes, ______ happens. In other words, all of us have upsetting events in our lives. Pain is inescapable. I’ll call these painful incidents trauma. As your life goes on, these small or large traumas are likely to reduce your vitality and decrease your happiness. Another way to say this is that they lower your vibration – they bring you down.
EFT, or tapping, is an excellent – and easy – way to clear any negative residue from a lifetime of trauma. You simply tell the story of the disturbing incident, while tapping the stress relief points. Be sure to really “get” into the event and feel the emotions, or the tapping won’t have any effect. So feel it, describe it, relive it while tapping. (The exception for this are serious or Big T Traumas that involve abuse, horror, terror or violence. Don’t work on yourself with these, as you can get swamped in painful emotion and worsen the trauma. Work with a professional to clear those.)
Increase Your Confidence
EFT is also a great tool to increase your “mojo.” It will actually happen naturally when you tap to clear your traumas. And you can increase it even further if you intend what you would like to think and feel at the end of each tapping session. Simply ask yourself, “What would I like to think and feel about this?” If you’ve thoroughly cleared the event, your answers will likely be things like, “I want to know I’m capable and I want to feel peace, understanding, wisdom, confidence, resourcefulness…” Then simply tap another round or two adding in those phrases.
Getting Yourself in a Higher Vibration
Finally, you can use common Law of Attraction activities to increase your vibration even further. You can look around and do what Abraham-Hicks calls a Rampage of Appreciation. Simply name all the things you appreciate about your immediate surroundings. Or write ten things you’re grateful for. You can write thank you notes to the Universe or to God, for the abundance you have in your life, giving thanks for the future you’re hoping to attract.
